Best Airports for Arrival

There are two main international airports that guests typically use:

1. Dalaman Airport (DLM) – Closest & Most Convenient

This is the easiest and most common airport for guests flying into the region.

It has direct flights from many European cities and good domestic connections. 

2. Bodrum Milas Airport (BJV) – Alternative Option

Also well-served by international & domestic flights.

Slightly further away but useful if flights to Dalaman are limited. 

Marmaris does not have its own airport, so most international travellers use one of these two.

Distance: ~125–130 km

Approx. drive time by car/transfer: 1.5–2 hours depending on traffic. 

Private airport transfer (recommended): fastest & most comfortable.

VIP / shuttle services: shared or group transfer options.

Taxi or rental car: convenient but typically more expensive than pre-booked transfer.

From Bodrum Milas Airport to D-Maris Bay

Distance: ~155–160 km

Approx. drive time by car/transfer: ~2–2.5 hours depending on route and traffic. 

This airport can be a good alternative if flight options to Dalaman are limited.

Alternative Routes & Options

From Istanbul: You can fly to Dalaman or Bodrum from Istanbul (IST or SAW airports)

Both airports are well-connected to Istanbul with multiple daily flights. 

Local Info After Arrival

Once you reach the Marmaris / Hisarönü area, D-Maris Bay is located approximately 30–40 km from central Marmaris and is a scenic coastal drive along the peninsula.
